- This free prize draw is open to all UK, C.I. and I.o.M. residents aged 18 years or over, registered at www.winalot-dog.co.uk, www.purina.co.uk, or any other website operated by Nestlé Purina PetCare (UK) Ltd, excluding employees and representatives of Nestlé Purina PetCare (UK) Ltd, or any affiliates or subsidiary companies, their agents or families, or any other party involved with this promotion.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Limited to one entry per registered visitor. Only one prize per household.
- To enter the draw first log in or register at www.winalot-dog.co.uk, then click on the button and submit your entry. This will automatically enter you into the draw.
- The closing date for receipt entries will be at midnight on 12.11.07. The winner will be selected by 3rd December 2007. The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the selection date to arrange prize delivery. To contact the winner we will use the email address details supplied in the registration form on www.winalot-dog.co.uk, www.purina.co.uk or any other web site operated by Nestlé Purina PetCare (UK) Ltd. Your can modify your details by clicking on your profile section on the Winalot site by logging on and amending your details.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of delivery.
- There is one prize, a weekend stay at a dog friendly hotel, Burnside Hotel, Cumbria; one 12 months supply of Winalot Roasted and one winner's trophy to be won.
- The weekend stay is based on 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children) and up to 2 dogs, staying any two consecutive nights from 30th January - 30th July 2008. Breakfast and dinner is provided on both days and a complimentary bottle of wine is included with both dinners. The winner will receive a complimentary celebratory pack in their room on arrival, consisting of champagne, flowers and chocolates as well as a gift toy pack for their dog. Transport to and from the hotel is the responsibility of the winner.
- The 12 month supply of Winalot Roasts has been calculated on the basis of feeding a medium sized dog 3x400g cans and has a value of £645.
- Details of the winner (name and postal town) will be available by sending an SAE by 3rd December 2007 to: Winalot Roasts Walkies Draw, JPMH, The Tanneries, 57 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3XJ.
- The promoter retains the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to substitute, without notice, the advertised prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable.
- The promoter retains the right to alter the present terms of entry in the interests of the entrants, with no less than 28 days notice, to be posted on this web site.
- The promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the www.winalot-dog.co.uk website or any other website operated by Nestlé Purina PetCare (UK) Ltd. Numerous factors outside of the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the websites.
- The winner may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
- It is a condition of entry that the terms of entry of this competition are accepted as final and that entrants abide by the rules. Your statutory rights are not affected.
