Not for the faint of heart or weak of limb, this invigorating and spectacular walk will take you up to the 893m Pen-y-gadair. In rainy weather, this is a there-and-back walk rather than a circuit, as the return route requires the fording of a stream that can swell rapidly with inclement weather. In sunshine, don't forget your camera, as there are few more panoramic views in Wales.
